We ship from our studio in Bali, Indonesia.
Below is everything you need to know about how we ship and how we handle returns.

Where we ship

We currently ship to Indonesia, Australia, and select countries in Asia.
Shipping timeframes

Please note all timeframes are estimates only:

  • Indonesia: 2–7 business days
  • Australia: 7–14 business days
  • Asia: 3–7 business days
Shipping method

We offer standard shipping only. Express shipping is not currently available.
Shipping costs

Shipping is charged at a flat rate based on your delivery location, and will be added at checkout.
Customs & duties

If you're ordering from outside Indonesia, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes once it arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

If you have received something faulty or incorrect - Please contact us at hello@wearingitems.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 5–7 business days for processing.
