Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from our studio in Bali, Indonesia.
Do you offer express shipping?
At this time, we only offer standard shipping.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Estimated delivery times:
- Indonesia: 2–7 business days
- Australia: 7–14 business days
- Asia: 3–7 business days
Please note that these are estimates and may vary based on your location.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is charged at a flat rate based on your delivery location, and will be added at checkout.
Will I have to pay duties or taxes?
If you're located outside of Indonesia, your order may be subject to import taxes or customs duties. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I make changes to my order?
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. If you need to make changes, email us as soon as possible - we’ll do our best to help.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
How should I care for my items?
Care instructions are included on each product page and label. In general, we recommend gentle, cold machine washing and air drying to preserve fabric quality.

Our items are thoughtfully designed and hand made in Bali, Indonesia using high-quality, eco-friendly materials.
